After reading the TOS carefully, head over to the commission form to submit a commission.

After filling out the form, You will then get a reply from me on your preferred social media confirming your slot. Remember, Commissions are NOT built on a first come first serve basis. I will contact you in 3-5 days if the commission has been accepted.

To guarantee the total accuracy of your commission request, please make note of the required details and elements in the form.

Please make your request easily readable and not too complicated. I may ask you for extra details In case I don't understand something in the description.

Before taking part in any transaction, you are required to wait for a reply so that we can discuss the details. Once I confirm your commission, I will send you a link to my Ko-Fi.

Payment for commission is via Ko-Fi only (USD).

After the payment has been approved, I will being working on the commission! I will send you a photo of the sketch work in progress, I will not continue to work on it until the sketch is seen and approved by you. Once the sketch is approved, I will go on to work on the next stage. Sketch revisions require no payment! I will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the sketch!

After the sketch has been approved, I will start working on rendering/painting the drawing. Only minor changes/edits are allowed during the rendering phase!

The only edits allowed once the commission has been fully completed are mistakes made on my behalf such as an incorrect color, a small missed feature or object. Anything beyond that will require an extra charge. I will tell you If the change you request requires a charge or not. Please make sure to tell me if I got everything right before beginning the rendering phase!

You are free to request for W.I.P images during all phases! and also request changes for errors that you see!

Turnaround time ranges from a week to a month. I will inform you via your preferred social media if any complications happen that would make me unable to work on your commission for a while.

If I choose to cancel a commission for any reason, I will refund 100% of the payment back to you. In case I end up cancelling after I finish the sketch, however, I will refund 80% of the original payment. If I cancel after the base color/rendering stage, I will refund only 75%.

Once you are 100% satisfied with the final product after revisions, the commission will be sent via E-mail to ensure the highest quality. Full resolution (~2000 x 2000px @ 300 dpi and bigger) PNG file(s) will be shared via google drive link.

Commissions are NOT built on a first come first serve basis. If your commission needs to be done before a certain deadline, let me know in your application beforehand.

Payment comes first before I start on the commission.

Your Commission is for personal use ONLY. Commissioner can re-upload the commissioned artwork with credit given (including profile pictures and banners).

Commissioner is not allowed to resell / profit off of the commission.

Refunds are not available unless offered by me.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.

No Generative AI Training Use. For avoidance of doubt, Illustrator reserves the rights, and [Publisher/Platform] has no rights to, reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate art, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work, unless [Publisher/Platform] obtains Author’s specific and express permission to do so. Nor does [Publisher/Platform] have the right to sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate art without the Illustrator's specific and express permission.

The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (as a link or by typing out my username) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.

Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
